How do I post a listing?
Click on "Post New Listing" in the sidebar. Choose your listing type (House, Service, Job,
or Marketplace), fill in the details, upload images, and submit. Your listing will be
reviewed within 24 hours.
How much does it cost to post?
MtaaHub offers a subscription plan of KES 400 per month for unlimited listings. This gives
you access to post unlimited houses, services, jobs, and marketplace items for 30 days.
How do I contact a seller?
Browse listings and click on the "Chat" button on any listing. This will open a message
thread where you can directly communicate with the seller.
How do I edit or delete my listing?
Go to "My Listings" section in the sidebar, select the listing type, find your listing, and
use the edit or delete options.
What happens after I make payment?
After successful payment via M-Pesa Till Number, your subscription is activated immediately.
You'll receive a confirmation notification and can start posting unlimited listings for 30
days.
